Grievance redress cell in govt deptts: Raghubar Das

The Jharkhand government has decided to set up grievance redress cell in every department to activate the delivery mechanism.
"Jan shikayat nivaran kosang (people's grievance redress cell) will be set up in every department," Chief Minister Raghubar Das said at a press briefing here.
"Action taken report will be given to the complainants. As per requirement, appointments for these cells will be made on contract basis," he added.
