In the futures market, castorseeds for December recovered good speculative demand amidst fresh export enquiries.
In the edible section, Groundnut oil rose by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 850 from Friday's closing level of Rs 840. Refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 596 per 10kg.
Linseed oil unaltered at Rs 820 per 10kg.
Turning to futures,castorseed December contract resume higher at Rs 4,000 and moved up further Rs 4,052 before settling at Rs 4,048 from Rs 3,958 yesterday, showing a net gain of Rs 90 per tonne.
