"Apart from her pre-scheduled meetings ahead of the Assembly session which will start from February 23, there was also a cabinet meeting today. She is also scheduled to remain present at the inauguration of PlastIndia exhibition tomorrow morning. Thus, she cancelled her visit to Delhi," an official said.
Patel was supposed to address two rallies in Janakpuri and Pritampura in Delhi in support of the BJP contestants.
Though her visit has been cancelled, state health minister Nitin Patel and some top BJP functionaries have landed in Delhi for campaigning, the official said.
