Guj govt to spend Rs 10 cr to develop 'Dev Mogra' as tourist
Press Trust of India Vadodara The Gujarat government will spend Rs ten crore to develop 'Dev Mogra' as a tourist destination, state Minister Ganpat Vasava said.
Vasava inaugurated the three-day long 'Dev Mogra' festival in neighbouring Narmada district yesterday.
"The Gujarat Tourism Development Corporation has decided to develop 'Dev Mogra' as a tourist spot. The Gujarat government will spend Rs 10 crore to develop the place as a tourist destination," the Tribal Welfare Minister said.
"The amount will be spent for development of infrastructure facilities," he added.
Meanwhile, Gujarat's Minister of State for Tribal Welfare Dinesh Tadvi and senior officials from the district collectorate were present during the inauguration.
