Acting on a tip-off, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) sleuths intercepted Abdul Shaikh (47) and Mariam Malik at CTM Cross Roads here.
The duo, both natives of Bharuch district, had gone to Jalandhar to collect the contraband and were returning in a bus from Jaipur, officials said.
"21 kgs of charas has been seized from their possession, which seems to be sourced from Kashmir," they said.
