Shortly after pairing with Soham Pandya to win the doubles, top-seeded Manush defeated his partner 4-0 to clinch his maiden Sub-Junior singles title to reign supreme in the section where they had earlier won the team trophy.
In the doubles, the Gujarat duo beat PSPBA's Jeho and Alberto Lrruata 3-1.
Top seed Manushree Patil of Maharashtra won the sub-junior girls crown beating North Bengal's Nikita Sarkar 4-3.
Tamil Nadu's Vishwa Deenadayalan kept his top billing intact and beat Delhi's Payas Jain to win his first cadet boys singles gold.
What Payas could not do Lakshita Narang did for Delhi, blanking qualifier Ambika Gupta from Uttar Pradesh for a 4-0 verdict and gold on her first appearance.
It was a pathetic outing for the PSPB Academy boys as they returned empty handed in the individual category with their only medal, a silver, coming in the team category.
