Guns and roses: 'Mirzapur' first look unveiled

It's guns and roses in the battlefield that serve as the backdrop of upcoming Amazon Prime Original Series, "Mirzapur".

The streaming service and Excel Media & Entertainment revealed the first look of the web series on YouTube today.

Directed by Gurmeet Singh, the show stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Shweta Tripathi in key roles.

"Mirzapur" is described as a blend of "heart-pounding action, and gangsters armed with sharp minds, dry humour and crafty moves".

Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna are the creators of the show, which is executive produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar
Tripathi tweeted in Devanagri, "We have brought along our heart and a bomb. Now it will be fun."
