Puran Chand, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, is alleged to have committed the misdeed on June 18 after he took the girl when she was playing near here differently-abled mother, they said.
The girl was found injured the next morning in the hospital premises, police said.
"The accused went missing after the incident and was arrested in Uttar Pradesh," they added.
