Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today directed officials concerned to submit a special report on the proposed 200-acre Herbal Park in Pundri here within 10 days.
The chief minister had announced to establish the park under the eco-tourism scheme during his visit here in May 2015.
Khattar, meanwhile, directed officers of the state health department to ensure attendance of doctors at the Community Health Centre at Pundri.
The directions came in a meeting headed by Khattar to review the announcements made for development works for Kaithal district, a release said.
He also reviewed the expansion work on the indoor and outdoor stadiums, and four-laning of the Kaithal-Karnal road, it said.
Khattar took stock of implementation of development works in Kaithal and directed officers concerned to expedite work on them, the release said.
There are sufficient funds for development works and no work would be allowed to suffer for want of funds, Khattar said.
The chief minister directed officers to identify land for 'Gau Charand' in Kaithal to keep stray cattle.
He said the district administration was also constructing a new 'Nandi Shala' with capacity to house 1,200 cattle.
All stray cattle would be taken to the Nandi Shala and Gaushalas in a fixed time period by the district administration.
