Excise and Taxation Commissioner Sudhir Rajpal, while launching the portal said it is an integrated smooth functioning system based on web technology for the facility of the taxpayers.
A special troubleshooting column has been set up on the website for the facility of taxpayers where they could register their complaint with a click, he said.
The complainant would also be able to track the online status of the complaint registered and actions taken by the department, Rajpal added.
