Haryana issues guideline regarding ACRs of HCS officers

Haryana Government today issued fresh guidelines regarding Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) of HCS officers posted as Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) or City Magistrates in the state.
As per the fresh guidelines, the Deputy Commissioner would be the Reporting Authority and Financial Commissioner, Revenue in consultation with Divisional Commissioner would be Reviewing Authority for ACRs of Haryana Civil Service (HCS) officers, a spokesperson said.
The Accepted Authority of the their ACRs would be the Chief Minister, he said, adding a circular in this regard was issued by issued by General Administration Department.
