"The department will stop accepting hard copies of applications from August 1 onwards," Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Arun Kumar Gupta said here today.
He said the department was committed to providing hassle-free service in a time-bound manner and was taking such initiatives to maximise client satisfaction.
He said that in case they require any clarification, the applicants may refer to the checklists available on the department website.
