Haryana releases DA

Haryana Government today released another installment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to its employees with effect from January 1, 2015.
Stating this here today, Finance Minister Abhimanyu said that now the employees would get DA at the rate of 113 per cent of their basic pay thus registering an increase of six per cent in the dearness allowance.
At present they are getting 107 per cent, official release said.
The arrears of the hiked DA of six per cent from January 1, 2015 would be given in cash.
He said that the state exchequer would have to bear an additional burden of over Rs 316. 50 crore annually.
