The government has decided to modify the general ACP scheme under which the term of 10, 20 and 30 years of service for grant of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP, respectively has been reduced to 8, 16 and 24 years, an official spokesman of sate Finance department today said.
He said the government took the decision after considering the matter on the persistent demand of state government employees.
General Assured Career Progression Scheme provides opportunities of financial upgradation to the employees on completion of 10, 20 and 30 years of services, if they have not got promotion during previous 10 years of service.
