All Deputy Commissioners would organise the seminars, which would include Member of Parliament (MP) and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) of the district, an official spokesman said here today.
The seminar would also be attended by Chairman and Members of Zila Parishad, Chairman of the Block Samitis, Mayor or President, Municipal Committee, representatives of prominent social organisations, voluntary bodies, prominent educational institutions, District Manager and senior officials of the banks.
