Speaking at rally where BJP chief Amit Shah and a galaxy of state ministers were present, Khattar also said the state had seen uniform development across its districts under the present dispensation.
"The state government has not only end the politics of corruption and loot of the previous regimes which aimed at just filling their own coffers but also kept a check on the transfer industry wherein transfers were effected through money power," he said.
"Five months later, the youth and people of Haryana voted BJP to powerin the state, he added.
Slamming opposition parties, Khattar said the people were fed up with the politics based on corruption, regionalism and nepotism.
The chief minister said he had visited all the 90 Assembly constituencies and announced development projects based on the area requirement.
Today there is no assembly constituency where development works are not being undertaken, he added.
The chief minister said the present state government had laid a robust network of rail-road infrastructure and this had attracted leading entrepreneurs to Haryana for investment.
The present government is working for the welfare and upliftment of all sections including farmers, women and youth, he said.
BJP state chief Subhash Barala said party workers from 17,018 booths in the state attended the rally today.
Union Minister Birender Singh described the rally as "historical". For the first time such a huge rally of party workers has been organized in the state, he said.
Cabinet Minister Ram Bilas Sharma said he had traveled over 200 km on a motorbike from Mahendergarh while Barala said that he had traveled over 80 km from Tohana to reach the rally venue here.
