Anna Hazare gets threat letter; asked to stay away from Kejriwal
The letter warns Hazare that he will meet the fate of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar, who was killed in Pune two years back
Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal shares stage with social activist Anna Hazare on the second day of his two-day agitation against the ordinance on Land Acquisition Bill at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.
Social activist Anna Hazare has received a threat letter which states that he would be "bumped off" if he does not dissociate himself from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
A case has been registered under IPC section 506 (criminal intimidation) at Parner police station in Ahmednagar district, a police official from Parner told PTI over phone.
"The letter is dated August 7 and is mostly written in English," the official said.
