The court adjourned the plea to enable Kothandaramaiah, whose election as the president of the Tamil Film Producers Council is under challenge of KR Infotainment Private Limited, to file the counter.
In his application, Thanu said the Court had restrained elected office-bearers of the Council to refrain from taking any policy or major administrative decision on his plea challenging the Council elections on September 7 this year.
But a policy decision was taken on October 25 at a meeting, convened by Kothandaramaiah, amounting to gross disobedience of court orders, he alleged, and prayed the court to punish him.
