Head of a bus passenger chopped off

The head of a bus passenger was chopped off when a speeding vehicle dashed against him as he stretched out of the window to spit outside on Ranchi-Jamshedpur road in Seraikela-Kharswan district today, police said.
The head of Akhtar Gadi (25) was separated from the body and blown away to a distance when the speeding vehicle coming from opposite direction hit him.
A resident of Jamshedpur, Gadi met with this violent end when he was returning home from Ranchi.
Local people thrashed the driver of the vehicle before they handed him over to police.
