A bench of justices Ranjit More and Anuja Prabhudessai sought the appearance of state's senior most law officer before it while hearing a petition by one of the victims.
"The story appears to be a racket and it is a serious matter," observed the bench, while summoning the AG.
A girl had lodged a complaint at Oshiwara police station here alleging that she was abducted from Agra in Uttar Pradesh at an age of seven and does not remember her parents now.
The girls were forced into prostitution on attaining the age of 13 or 14 and she was one of the victims, the girl said in her petition.
She further alleged that the family, which had taken care of the girls after they were kidnapped, denied the racket and claimed that they were their own daughters.
The petition further alleged the girls were sent to Dubai for sex racket at a very young age and claimed this racket thrived in connivance with the police officials and the immigration staff.
The petition, posted for hearing tomorrow, has demanded a CBI probe into the case.
