The Allahabad High Court today completed its hearing on grant of licence and renewal of slaughter houses and meat shops in Uttar Pradesh.
A Lucknow bench of justices A P Sahi and Sanjai Harkauli will deliver its verdict tomorrow.
The court was hearing a bunch of petitions moved on similar issues.
The petitioners said that the government was not renewing the licences of slaughter houses and meat shops.
The state government was of the view that it would grant or renew licences only when court directions were complied with.
