The petitioner had alleged that they had been illegally appointed to the said posts by the state government.
The petition was dismissed by the Lucknow bench comprising justice Shabihul Hasnain and justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya.
"After considering the rival arguments, the court is of the view that the petition in the present format is not maintainable, which is hereby dismissed," the court ordered.
He also contended that the petitioner being aggrieved by the functioning of the two officials cannot bring in a writ petition, seeking a writ of mandmus for their removal, hence petition is misconceived and not maintainable at all.
