HC dismisses plea seeking reservation for kids born to physically challenged people
The Madras High Court Monday dismissed a petition seeking reservation in educational institutions for children born to physically challenged people.
A division bench of Justices S Manikumar and P T Asha said "the rule does not provide any reservation for children of the physically handicapped."
