HC miffed over slow pace of anti-enroachment drive of psu land

A division bench of Chief Justice Prakash Tatia and Justice Jaya Roy said the anti-encroachment drive was not satisfactory and directed them to speed up.

The court, which was hearing on the encroachment of land of Bharat Coking Coal Limited and Central Coalfields Limited, set August 14 as the next date of hearing.
