Justice Vipin Sanghi issued notices to the Ministry of Human Resource Development(HRD) and Central Vigilance Commission(CVC) and sought their responses on the plea of Rajiv Kumar, Professor in Computer Science and Engineering with IIT Kharagpur, alleged that despite his representations the CVC has failed to protect him.
Filing a petition through counsel Prashant Bhushan and Pranav Sachdeva, Kumar claimed he has been raising his voice against corruption in IITs including the alleged irregularities committed by IIT, Kharagpur, while conducting the Joint Entrance Examination in 2006. MORE
