Justice K B K Vasuki posted the case for hearing on April 16.
The Principal District and Sessions Judge had granted them conditional bail on April 8.
Challenging the lower court order, a police Inspector said bail was granted without considering the fact that the probe was in the preliminary stage.
The court had erroneously come to the conclusion that there was no specific overt act against the accused, the inspector submitted.
Prime accused including 'Attack' Pandi and Praveen were absconding and if they were released they would help the main accused, it was submitted.
Suresh was apparently killed over an intra-party feud on January 31 this year.
