HC to hear on July 13 revision petition on Rathore's discharge

The revision petitions could not be heard by Justice Ajay Rastogi today due to paucity of time, court officials said.

The CBI had named Rathore as main accused who hatched the entire criminal conspiracy with SOG police officials to kill his rival Dara Singh, linked to liquor mafia of Jhunjhunu, in 2006 but he was absolved of all the charges on May 31 by then District and Sessions Judge Prakash Chand Jain.
