The seasonal downpour started in Balochistan province on Thursday and after that hit other parts of the country where sporadic rainfall is still going on.
According to National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), 17 people were in Balochistan, 13 in tribal region and one in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province in the north-west.
Forty-seven people were also injured, including 24 in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 15 in Balochistan and eight in tribal region.
The rains also destroyed 53 houses, including 48 in Balochitan, two in tribal region and three in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
Pakistan Meteorological Department has warned of more heavy rains and flash floods in hilly areas in the next couple of days.
Torrential rains and flooding killed over 80 people and affected nearly 300,000 people in Pakistan during the rainy season last summer.
