Heavy rains lash South East Rajasthan

Light to moderate rain occurred at most of the places in Ajmer division, many places in Jaipur, Bharatpur, Udaipur, Jodhpur and few places in Kota and Bikaner divisions since yesterday, according to Met department here.

Chittorgarh recorded 31 mm rains, followed by Kota 27.8 mm, Bikaner 27 mm while other places also recorded rainfall between 1 mm to 12.7 mm.

A met forecast said that heavy rainfall would occur at few places in the state during the next 24 hours.
