The Himachal Pradesh Cabinet today decided that the Monsoon Session of the Assembly will be held between August 23 to August 31 here, according to an official release.
The Cabinet meeting, held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur also decided to fill up 218 posts of pharmacists, batch-wise, in health and family welfare department on contract basis, it said.
It okayed Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojna for providing assistance of Rs. 1.30 lakh to the houseless families belonging to BPL category for construction of house in rural areas of the state, the release stated.
The Cabinet also gave its approval to Mukhya Mantri Yuva Aajeevika Yojana, 2018, to promote self-employment and to provide livelihood to locals in the age group of 18 to 40 years by encouraging entrepreneurship.
