"Ghulam Rasool alias Baba Raeees, a vehicle thief and also the master of disguise, has over 100 cases registered against him in Mumbai alone and has also allegedly committed crimes in countries like Iraq, Kuwait and Pakistan", said SP P S Visht.
Rasool was arrested yesterday and produced in a court which remanded him in judicial custody for three days.
"Rasool was notorious for stealing vehicles and is adept at changing his name and appearance", Visht added.
