Hollande says British deal does not break EU rules

French President Francois Hollande said a package agreed with Britain so as to keep it in the European Union gave London no special favours and broke no EU rules.
"There are no exceptions to the rules," Hollande said after a difficult two-day EU leaders' summit in Brussels on British Prime Minister David Cameron's demands for key reforms to the bloc.
