Abdul Latif (30) was allegedly shot dead by homeguard, Gagan, and two others -- Sonu and Anuj -- on February 13 for not selling his vegetables on credit, a police official said.
The three accused were arrested from Darkawada road by the Binauli police, he said, adding, Latif's mobile was recovered from them.
