Honda Motorcycle sales up 32.87% in July

Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 32.87% growth in its total sales in July at 3,81,411 units.

The company's total sales stood at 2,87,048 units in the corresponding month last year.

Motorcycle sales registered a rise of 6.83% to 1,57,746 units in July 2014 from 1,47,656 units in July 2013, HMSI said in a statement.

The company also reported an increase of 60.45% in its scooter sales at 2,23,665 units from 1,39,392 units in July 2013.
