We don't say that in the entire system, only the judges are honest and rest everyone is a suspect," he said while delivering the inaugural address at the two-day international conference here on 'Arbitration in the era of globalization'.
Justice Thakur said the arbitrators should have impeccable integrity so that there is no doubt in the minds of concerned parties about the award being decided.
The CJI said that arbitrators should have a professional approach and impeccable integrity and honesty should be the foremost condition for being an arbitrator.
