The arrest comes a day after a Mumbai-based female disc jockey was booked by the police in the same case.
Her name came up during the disc jockey's interrogation.
The special operations group (SOG) of Rajasthan police arrested her from Ajmer and brought her to Jaipur for further interrogation.
Police said she was in close contact with the racket's kingpin Akshat Sharma.
In December 2016, the SOG of Rajasthan police had busted the inter-state racket in which a group of people allegedly extorted over Rs 15 crore from people by filming them in sexual acts only to blackmail them later by threatening to lodge false rape cases against them.
