'Housing' inks deal with Janapriya to sell property inventory

Real estate portal 'Housing' today announced partnership with city-based property developer Janapriya Engineers Syndicate to sell its property inventory in Hyderabad online.
Through this online partnership with Housing for one year, Janapriya will offer five properties--Arcadia, Classic Homes, Lakefront, Metropolis and Silver Crest that includes 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes, villas and row houses.
Through 'Housing', home buyers will have access to Janapriya's projects at special prices ranging from Rs 16.95 lakh to Rs 56 lakh.
"Through partnership with Housing and with the affordable prices, I am hoping to sell property inventory--1,900 houses of various projects in next one year," Janapriya Chairman and Managing Director K Ravinder Reddy told reporters.

With property inventory worth Rs 520 crore and multi-channel booking enabled, the Janapriya and Housing partnership aims to move the home-buying ecosystem online, he said.
Housing Chief Financial Officer Azeem Zainulbhai said "Our Slice View technology will now enable home buyers to explore the finest Janapriya properties and they can book houses, villas and homes of different kinds with the click of a button at unbeatable prices."
Janapriya is also offering customers a special 'Pre EMI Interest offer' where it will pay the interest component of the customer's EMI from the booking month till possession. The developer will also provide an additional 5 per cent discount to special category customers like Defence personnel and allied services.
