HP CM congratulates PM Modi on 4th anniversary of BJP govt at Centre

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the fourth anniversary of the BJP government at the Centre and termed him a "source of inspiration" for every political leader and citizen of the country.

Thanking Modi for his "special attachment" to the people of Himachal Pradesh and "liberal" allocation of funds for various projects, Thakur said due to the prime minister's support, many developmental projects are under implementation in the state with central assistance.

In the last four years, the country's foreign relations improved considerably due to the diplomatic initiatives of Modi. These efforts have earned India lot of respect, besides attracting more foreign investment, he said.

There is hardly a section of the society which has not benefited from the policies of the prime minister in the last four years, Thakur said and lauded Modi for introducing innovative schemes such as Jandhan Yojna, Make in India, Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, Ujjwala Yojna, Skill India Mission, Digital India.

Modi was a source of inspiration for every political leader and citizen of the country, Thakur said.
