The Himachal Pradesh government has no plans to regularise any outsource employees, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur informed the assembly on Friday.
Thakur made the remarks in response to questions by Congress MLAs Mohan Lal Brakta,Mukesh Agnihotri and Vikramaditya Singh.
A total of 12,165 outsource employees are working in the state, he said, adding that of them, 3100 were deployed last year.
The government provides Rs 153.19 crores to the outsource companies against the services of these employees and the companies give Rs 130.10 crores to the employees.
