Besides, mobile food vans would be started at 23 convenient sites with large number of workers.
This was stated by Minister of State for Labour and Employment Nayab Singh, while presiding over a review meeting here today.
He said that meals would be served in these canteens between 8 am and 2 pm, and the department would pay special attention to quality of food served.
Bids in this regard have been invited and the canteens would soon become functional, he added.
