HSIIDC's announces relief to industrialists

The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) today launched an online facility for zoning plan approvals.
Launching the portal www.Hsiidcesewa.Org.In., HSSIDC Managing Director Sudhir Rajpal said that this is an attempt of the Corporation to improve its client interface and provide more comfort to the allottees.
"From now on, the allottees/Industrialists can also file online application/request for approval of zoning plan of their plots through the portal," he said.
The allottees/Industrialists are not required to visit head office/estate office for seeking approval of zoning plan, he said.
He added that the Corporation has also fixed right to service timeline of 15 days for approval of zoning plan with a view to make itself accountable.

"The request filed by the allottees can be tracked through dashboard, thus enhancing transparency level, which would not only help in cutting down unnecessary delays in the manual clearances, but also result in saving time and travel," he said.

This initiative would go a long way in facilitating entrepreneurs, he added.
He said that the Corporation implemented its e-governance project during 2014 and under this initiative, various services pertaining to the applicants/ allottees have been made online through the e-governance portal www.Hsiidcesewa.Org.In.
Under this initiative, the prospective entrepreneurs can make online request for current offerings of allotment of industrial plots, he said.

The allottees can file online applications for various other services like physical possession, conveyance deed, transfer and extension, he said.
