The submission came in the wake of a notice issued by Delhi police on September 12 to Hyatt asking it to show cause why its lodging licence will not be revoked for alleged violations reported by DCP of South district.
The show cause notice issued by Delhi police as well as Delhi government's affidavit containing its submissions were placed before Justice Vibhu Bakhru who listed the matter for final disposal on October 27.
Delhi government, in its affidavit filed through its standing counsel Zubeda Begum and advocate Sana Ansari, has said Hyatt had on June 2, 2014 submitted the municipal body's HTL and the no-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Fire department for renewal of its lodging licence, required under the law for running a place of public entertainment.
Delhi police on the other hand had in its show cause notice of September 12 sought a reply from Hyatt within 15 days i.E by September 27, on why its lodging licence will not be revoked for "violations" reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) South District.
