The pact was inked here in the presence of officials from both the institutions, UoH said in a release.
Through the MoU, certificate, diploma, advance diploma and other master training programmes would be offered for the benefit of elected representatives, personnel of Panchayati Raj institutions and other allied departments, it said.
The courses would be offered in distance mode and online, the release added.
"The purpose of the collaboration is also to organise seminars, workshops, collaborate in research, skill development and other human development initiatives," it said.
