Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, who had to end her marriage to Lamar Odom, says she is excited that the year is nearing its end.
The 29-year-old socialite's year was marked by intense scrutiny after the news of Odom's alleged drug use became public and brought trouble in her marriage to the sportsman, reported People magazine.
Khloe filed for divorce from Odom earlier this month.
"I need a good fresh start. I'm excited for this year to be over with. I don't regret anything about my life. My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I'm very happy with who I am," Khloe said.
"No matter if it's great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly, it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things," she added.
The socialite is happy to shed many pounds.
In the past year, I think I've lost around 30 pounds and I'm feeling good. My 2014 mission is to wear a crop top with jeans. I've never done that, so it has to happen one day," she said.
Khloe said she was surprised to learn that her mother Kris Jenner thought the reality TV star needed a nose job.
"She didn't mean harm, but when I was around 9, I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job. I was shocked. I hadn't even thought about it. I've grown into my face, but I've had makeup artists tell me, 'You should get a nose job.' I'm so happy that I never have," she said.
