Since Louis Walsh announced earlier this year that he wouldn't be returning to the show, rumours have been rife as to who will step in - but it won't be the former Take That singer, reported Digital Spy.
"Said it once, I'll say it again: I'm unequivocally not doing X-Factor. Good luck to the show though," Williams posted on twitter.
Gary Barlow recently revealed Williams had been offered a position on the "American Idol" judging panel a few years ago, but he turned it down.
