I am not performing at the Justin Bieber concert: Sonakshi

Actress Sonakshi Sinha has confirmed she will not be performing at Pop sensation Justin Bieber's first-ever India concert in May.
There were speculations that Sonakshi will be one of the opening acts at the gig, but the 29-year-old actress took to Twitter to clear the air.
"Firstly, I am not performing at the Bieber concert. It was speculated because I was approached and carried forward by publications and portals even after I stated in various interviews that it's not happening," Sonakshi wrote.
The "Noor" actress emphasises she is an artiste who loves to sing and does not care about what people say.

"Secondly, I am an actor who loves music, who loves to perform and who loves to sing. And if anyone has a problem with that, in the wise words of baba Bieber himself... They can go 'love' themselves. Over and out," the statement further read.
The reports of event managers roping in Sonakshi for the show was criticised by Kailash Kher. Singer Armaan Malik also supported Kher's stance on the same.
