Caitlyn, 65, who earlier insisted she only had eyes for other women, said she has been struggling with her femininity, reported Female First.
"You would feel more feminine if you were with a guy. I can appreciate the male form," she said a teaser for the next episode of "I Am Cait".
Earlier Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce, said she had never been romantically involved with men and would continue to date women.
"I am, as far as I know, heterosexual. As far as I know, I've never been with a guy. I've always been married, raising kids," Caitlyn said.
