Sarah Drew won't leave 'Grey's Anatomy'

"Grey's Anatomy" star Sarah Drew has insisted that she has no plans to follow Patrick Dempsey out the door.
Dempsey made a surprise exit from Grey's this past season - leaving his role of Dr Derek Shepherd behind after 10 years, reported Digital Spy.
"If I get to continue to evolve in the way that I've been able to evolve in the last six years, yes, I'll stay," Drew - who plays Dr April Kepner, said.
"I mean, number one: being a part of this show in particular is such an honour, the writing is so incredible, the people are so amazing and the fans are so enthusiastic."

Drew added that she's "spoiled" by the scripts on Grey's - with other TV shows and movies just failing to measure up.
"It's such a good show that I'm spoiled - when I read other scripts over the hiatus, I'm like, 'This is all such garbage!' - I get to do such great work and have such great writing all year long.
"So yeah, I'd love to stay on as long as they'll have me, but you never know how long that'll be!"
Earlier this year, ABC's president Paul Lee dismissed suggestions that "Grey's Anatomy" was nearing its end, announcing that he wants the medical soap to run for "many years to come".
