I hate the word victim: Demi Lovato

Singer Demi Lovato has revealed she is not a victim while showing off her killer self-defense moves during an intense workout that she posted on Instagram.
In the video, the "Confident" singer, 23, throws some serious punches as she ferociously elbows a padded dummy in the groin.
"I hate the word victim. I never have been and I never will be," she captioned the clip.
Lovato also showed off her impressive squat form in a second video, which she simply captioned, "Friday", with a flexed bicep emoji.
The Disney alum looked fitter than ever in a black tank top, black leggings and white sneakers.
