Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has revealed her divorce with former husband Kris Humphries left her thinking that her family's business and show would meet its doom.
"At the time when I was going through the divorce I did say to everyone, 'You guys I think our careers are over. I hope you've saved your money. And now we'll just continue to do our clothing stores and continue to do what we started off doing before the show,'" Kardashian said.
The 32-year-old mother of one and Humphries got married in August 2011 in Montecito, California after being engaged only for 90 days, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I totally thought it was over. I was being very paranoid. I just took some time off and the time was really good for me. I cancelled everything. I had a book tour, I had a fragrance launch, I had everything that you could possibly imagine and I just cancelled it all and I took time for me," she added.
The lavish wedding was documented in E! Special episode "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event". However, they called it quits in October, only 72 days after the wedding. Their divorce was finally finalized in April 2013.
